Eating Better Together: Cutting a Chicken Class

We like to refer to this class as "the Chicken Show" because it's going to be a lot of fun!  Chef Carrie Douglas and John Roberts will be demonstrating how to cut up an entire chicken and use ALL the parts.  

When we purchase chicken breast, tenders, thighs, etc., we're paying more for the packaging and convenience of having it cut than the actual meat.  You can save money by purchasing a whole chicken, cutting it yourself, and freezing what you do not need right then (and make delicious stock).
